Jack Roper

furby

I was lucky enough to work alongside industry professionals at Exient Oxford for a summer internship lasting 13 weeks. This primarily involved development of Furby Connect World prior to and following its general release, programming in C++ to deliver features and implementing a declarative user interface.

Features

  • Hatch, collect and interact with Furblings
  • Assign Furblings to activities/clubs to gather resources and gain experience
  • Nurture and care for Furblings' needs and desires
  • Connect a Furby toy via bluetooth

My Contribution

During my time at Exient, I worked within a number of areas as part of weekly sprints, including Furbling traits, the user-interface and bug-fixing.
